(Young Adult & Youth Without Walls)

It is estimated that 97% of professing Christian young people are not plugged into a local church or organization and that the average life-span attendance of a young person in a local church is 16 months!  That is a staggering statistic!  After that, they were back on the streets.  Most ministries claim that it is because the young people never were truly converted.  We at Y.W.W. differ with this opinion. 

At the time of conversion, giftings and functions are awakened in both young and old alike.  Young people are full of energy and life and if not allowed to find expression for what is in their heart, they will become disillusioned and find fulfillment in other things.  As a result, our organization was formed as a ministry 'without walls' to reach, strengthen, and develop our younger generation.   

 "I believe that everyone is important in the body of Christ.  Our youth are an untapped reservoir of energy who, if given the opportunity, will  turn our cities up side down for Jesus.  In YWW, ALL fit, ALL are needed and ALL have value.   ALL have a functional role in the body of Christ!".

Purpose:  To bring together area wide Christian young people in local cities and counties for the purpose of fellowship, evangelization, personal growth and development with the priority of facilitating the opportunity of expression through hands-on participation and development of giftings and callings.

Ministry Teams

(Drama, Praise, Worship, Dance, Evangelistic and Teaching))

MINISTRY DEVELOPMENT

     To nuture the activation and development of 5-fold ministry callings in the areas of knowledge, understanding, and living skills through discipleship, teaching, and hands-on ministry.

DRAMA & DANCE TEAMS

     To develop talents and giftings in the area of drama and prophetic dance.  This is done through encouraging young people in the areas of participation, input, writing, developing skits and dance.

PRAISE & WORSHIP TEAMS

     To develop talents and giftings in the area of praise and worship. This is done through encouraging participation, input, writing music, lyrics and developing instumental playing skills.

MUSICIANS & SINGERS

     These may participate with the other teams, but also may be stand-alone through solos and development of music tapes & CD's.

AGENDA:

1. To minister in area wide crusades for the purpose of evangelization and fellowship

2. To minister in churches, conferences, and retreats

For the purpose of reaching other young people through evangelization and hands-on ministry in the areas of salvation, deliverance, healing, etc.  These teams are non-racial and have both male and female participants.
